A few questions that you may have about coaching...
If you are going through a shorter term problem, like a life change, or you want to change one aspect of your life, then choose either a single session, or a 3 session programme.
If you want coaching for something which has affected you for a longer period of time, like ongoing stress, relationships problems, lack of purpose or overcoming sub-conscious patterns - a 5 session programme would be better.
Choose a 10 session programme if you have chronic illness, long-term issues around stress, or where you want to make multiple changes in your life.

I am very honest and I will give you my genuine opinion. I don't want to be wasting your time, or mine, if coaching is not the right approach for you at the moment.
I have a coaching portal on my main website, Enlightened Health Academy. This is the base where I can send you links for our calls, and where you can access interim support between our consultations.
When you book a session or programme, you will be directed to my online calendar to book in your sessions. You will also receive instructions on how to access the link for our call.
