Why should you work with me?
I have over 30 years healthcare experience in the NHS and private practice as both a senior nurse and health practitioner.
II also have multiple degree-level qualifications in chronic illness management and health-related behaviour change. Plus experience of running my own clinics for helping people to live well with chronic illness.
I'm also an accredited specialist practitioner with the Chrysalis Effect - a non-profit organisation which pioneers recovery for chronic exhaustive conditions. So, you can work through their online recovery programme alongside your one-to-one support for optimum results.
Finally - I also have personal experience of overcoming chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. I have been through the lived experience of recovery from stress and chronic illness. Let's be honest - can anyone ever really advise you if they haven't been there themselves?

I specialise in helping people to improve their emotional health. If you would like to work with me, then it's essential that you feel ready to begin exploring your life and making changes. I appreciate how challenging this can be when you are not feeling your best, but I am here to support you through the process.
If you are looking for a quick fix, then I am probably not the right practitioner for you at this point in time. Yes, it may seem strange to be so honest, but I don't want you enrol onto a programme if it's not right for you.
I work with people on a deep level for personal growth... My focus is on your individuality as a person, rather than on labels and diagnosis. I prefer to get to the underlying root causes of stress and illness because this is what will help you to get you the best long-term outcomes.
I use programmes of support because they get results. Each programme is a set period of time where you can focus your intention on a certain aspects of your life. It's an ongoing process, not something that you do for a 1-hour session each month. I may also recommend reading materials or exercises for you to keep the momentum going between sessions. Your support programme will help you to deepen your awareness, and to increase your levels of self-empowerment - that's where real transformation begins...
